Specifically, this study examines the relationship between personality and organizational culture, the relationship between personality and teacher performance through organizational culture as an intervening variable, the relationship between the work environment and organizational culture, the relationship between the teacher's work environment and organizational culture in Cipeucang District Elementary School, and the relationship between organizational culture and teacher performance. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach and associative survey. The study population consisted of 98 civil servant teachers in Cipeucang District Elementary School, Pandeglang Regency, who also served as research samples. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, while data analysis was carried out using regression techniques using the Smart PLS tool.

The results of this study indicate that pedagogical competence and organizational culture have a positive effect on teacher creativity, which in turn improves performance. However, when organizational culture is considered as an intervening variable, personality does not significantly influence teacher performance. Furthermore, organizational culture has been shown to act as an intervening variable, but the work environment does not show a significant effect. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening pedagogical competence and developing a conducive organizational culture to enhance teacher creativity and performance. This study provides practical implications for elementary school management, particularly in building an organizational culture that supports teacher professionalism.
Enong Srimarwati, Tata Rustandi, Angrian Permana Copyright (c) 2025 Enong Srimarwati, Tata Rustandi, Angrian Permana https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/408 Fri, 08 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE EFFECT OF ACADEMIC SUPERVISION AND TRAINING ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TEACHER PROFESSIONALISM AND ITS IMPLICATIONS ON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS' PERFORMANCE IN PULOSARI DISTRICT https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/407
This research is motivated by findings that indicate the low effectiveness of academic supervision, limited training, low teacher professionalism, and less than optimal teacher performance in elementary schools. The conclusion of this study confirms that improving the quality of academic supervision, training, and teacher professionalism is a strategic factor in optimizing the performance of educators in elementary schools.
Irnawati Irnawati, Tata Rustandi, Angrian Permana Copyright (c) 2025 Irnawati, Tata Rustandi, Angrian Permana https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/407 Fri, 08 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 PATH ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF JOB CHARACTERISTICS, PERSONALITY, AND JOB SATISFACTION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER NURSES IN SOUTH TANGERANG CITY https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/406
This study aims to analyze strategies for improving the performance of community health center nurses in South Tangerang City by strengthening job characteristics, personality, and job satisfaction. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 141 nurses from seven subdistricts, including Serpong, North Serpong, Pondok Aren, Ciputat, East Ciputat, Pamulang, and Setu. Data analysis was performed using path analysis to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed that job characteristics, personality, and job satisfaction had a direct, positive, and significant effect on nurse performance. Job characteristics and personality also had a direct, positive, and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction was found to mediate the relationship between job characteristics and personality on performance, although the mediating effect was not stronger than the direct effect.

These findings confirm that job satisfaction plays an important role as a mechanism in bridging individual and job factors with performance, although its effectiveness as a mediator is partial. Theoretically, this study expands the understanding of the causal relationship between variables in the context of primary health care. Practically, the research results can be used as a basis for Puskesmas management to design policies to improve nurse performance through strengthening job design, personality development, and strategies to increase job satisfaction.
Ading Sunarto, Anoesyirwan Moeins, Widodo Sunaryo Copyright (c) 2025 Ading Sunarto, Anoesyirwan Moeins, Widodo Sunaryo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/406 Fri, 08 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE INFLUENCE OF PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON CREATIVITY AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN LABUAN SUBDISTRICT, PANDEGLANG REGENCY https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/405
This research is motivated by findings regarding the still low pedagogical competence, organizational culture, creativity, and performance of teachers in Public Elementary Schools in Labuan District, Pandeglang Regency. The research was conducted across work units of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in South Sulawesi Province using a quantitative explanatory approach. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 96 financial management officials, including Budget User Authorities, Commitment Making Officials, Payment Order Signatories, and Expenditure Treasurers. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method.

The results indicate that the effectiveness of CMS and KKP significantly influences internal control systems. However, internal control systems do not have a significant effect on fraud indications and do not serve as a mediating variable. This means that the influence of CMS and KKP on fraud is direct, and not mediated through internal control systems. These findings suggest that the implementation of non-cash transactions such as CMS and KKP plays a direct role in reducing fraud risks, even though the current internal control systems are not yet sufficiently effective as an intervention mechanism. Therefore, strengthening and restructuring internal controls is necessary to enhance their role in fraud prevention. This study provides practical implications for government institutions in promoting financial transparency through digital payment systems and in reinforcing control over the use of public funds.
Relcy Ashari, Muh. This study explores the impact of female education on community development in Afghanistan, aiming to identify the key benefits, challenges, and effective strategies to enhance educational access for women. The research employed a quantitative methodology, collecting data through structured questionnaires distributed electronically via WhatsApp, email, and Facebook. A total of 110 female students aged 20 to 25 from Vision Higher Education and Research Institute, representing Medical, Computer Science, and Education faculties, participated in the study. The findings indicate that female education significantly contributes to leadership opportunities, poverty reduction, improved health outcomes, and economic growth within Afghan communities. However, cultural norms and traditions remain the most significant barriers, alongside security concerns and economic hardship. Participants identified building more schools, promoting e-learning, and community awareness programs as effective methods to improve female educational access. Additionally, technology plays a multifaceted role in facilitating flexible learning, expanding educational resources, and empowering women through entrepreneurial skill development. In conclusion, the study underscores that female education is a powerful catalyst for community development in Afghanistan but is constrained by complex social and infrastructural challenges. Addressing these obstacles requires comprehensive strategies that combine infrastructure development, technological integration, and socio-cultural engagement. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and stakeholders committed to advancing female education and fostering sustainable development in Afghanistan.
Oranos Sekandari, Eidia Ghafori, Mursal Ebrahimi, Negin Hajizadah, Quraishi Tamanna, Wajia kakar, Behishta Murady Copyright (c) 2025 Oranos Sekandari, Eidia Ghafori, Mursal Ebrahimi, Negin Hajizadah, Quraishi Tamanna, Wajia kakar, Behishta Murady https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/375 Fri, 08 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 IMPACT OF LOAN TO DEPOSIT RATIO AND QUICK RATIO ON RETURN ON ASSETS WITH FIRM SIZE AS A MODERATING VARIABLE: A STUDY ON ASEAN BANKING SECTOR (2012-2020) https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/392
The study aims to determine the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Quick Ratio (QR) on Return On Assets (ROA) moderated by Firm Size and their impact on Price Earning Ratio (PER). This study involved 252 respondents who had seen Tiket.com service promotions on social media and were domiciled in Jakarta. The analytical methods used were validity and reliability testing using SPSS software, model feasibility testing, and hypothesis testing using AMOS 29 software. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling. These findings indicate that short video marketing and eWOM increase consumer trust, but only eWOM significantly drives purchase intention. Short video marketing does not directly influence purchases, while perceived risk does not reduce consumer trust but instead drives purchase intention because consumers are more cautious. Consumer trust itself is not significant for purchase intention, so other factors such as price and promotions remain important in purchasing decisions.
Faza Ruziqyani Firdausa, Usep Suhud, Meta Bara Berutu Copyright (c) 2025 Faza Ruziqyani Firdausa, Usep Suhud, Meta Bara Berutu3 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/384 Fri, 08 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AT MICROFINANCE INSTITUTIONS: CASE STUDY AT REGIONAL BUSINESS ENTITIES BOGOR REGENCY https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/383
Regional Business Entities (BUMD) are business entities whose capital is wholly or largely owned by the regional government. They consist of regional public companies and regional limited liability companies. Bogor Regency has several regional business entities (BUMD) operating in various sectors, including strategic sectors requiring government regulation and commercial sectors not explicitly regulated. Microfinance Institutions (LKM) are financial institutions that provide business development and community empowerment services through loans or financing micro-scale businesses to members and the community. PT Microfinance Institution (PT LKM) Bogor is a company originating from the Bogor District Credit Union (PD. PK), by applicable regulations, and its legal form has become PT LKM Bogor. PT LKM Bogor is at Jalan KSR Dadi Kusmayadi No. 6B Ruko Citra Nusa, Cibinong, Bogor Regency. This research aims to know the development of PT LKM's performance and its problems. The method for evaluating the performance of BUMD PT LKM Bogor was carried out based on assessing the health aspects of the DIR Decree Number 30/SK/KEP/DIR dated 30 April 1997 concerning Procedures for Assessing the Health Level of Rural Banks. It was guided by the Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 826/KMK.013/1992. The aspects assessed in determining the level of company health include capital, productive asset quality, management, profitability, and liquidity. Based on the results and discussion above, the conclusions of this research are as follows: PT LKM's performance from 2018-2022 shows UNHEALTHY conditions. One of the reasons why PT LKM's health value is so small is that the quality of its productive assets, which have the most significant weight in determining the company's health level, has very little value.
Yan Noviar, Hasrul Hasrul, Herman Herman Copyright (c) 2025 Yan Noviar, Hasrul, Herman https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/383 Fri, 08 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 FACTORS THAT CAN INFLUENCE SUBSCRIBE INTENTION ON KOMPAS.ID MODERATED BY SUBSCRIPTION TYPES https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/382
This study aims to analyze the effect of enjoyment, price value, and ubiquity on the subscription intention of Kompas.id users, and see the moderating role of subscription types (basic and premium) in the relationship. Moderation tests show that subscription types only moderates the relationship between ubiquity and subscribe intention, while it does not moderate the relationship between enjoyment and price value on subscribe intention. The findings provide theoretical and practical implications for digital marketing strategies in increasing subscription conversion through enjoyable user experience, value for money, and ease of access.
Bernadus Orudu Richard Zendrato, Andi Muhammad Sadat, Terrylina Arvinta Monoarfa Copyright (c) 2025 Bernadus Orudu Richard Zendrato*, Andi Muhammad Sadat, Terrylina Arvinta Monoarfa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/382 Fri, 08 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE ROLE OF EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND JOB SATISFACTION IN THE EFFECT OF REWARDS AND RECOGNITION ON INTENTION TO STAY https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/381
The high employee turnover in the manufacturing sector, especially at PT IHI Power Service Indonesia (15% per year), is a strategic challenge for organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This study aims to analyze the effect of Reward and Recognition on Intention to Stay, by considering the mediating role of Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method on 182 permanent employees. The research instrument was a Likert-scale closed questionnaire, which was analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results showed that Reward and Recognition positively and significantly affect Intention to Stay directly and indirectly through Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction. The chain mediation model shows that reward and recognition increase employee engagement, increase job satisfaction, and strengthen the intention to stay. The practical implication is that companies must implement a fair and relevant reward system and integrate it with strategies to increase engagement and job satisfaction and reduce employee turnover intention. Theoretically, this study enriches the HRM literature through a dual mediation model based on Social Exchange Theory in the context of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia.
Andini Fajrin, Edi Rahmat Taufik, Roni Kambara Copyright (c) 2025 Andini Fajrin, Edi Rahmat Taufik, Roni Kambara https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/381 Fri, 08 Aug 2025 00:00:00 +0000 THE IMPACT OF SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY THROUGH BRAND IMAGE IN MINIMARKETS https://ije3.esc-id.org/index.php/home/article/view/380
Minimarkets are still the primary choice for shopping for daily necessities for all levels of Indonesian society.
